I tried to open an ISO file with a filename consisting of cyrillic chars. After opening it displays only an empty file listing.
When I removed all cyrillic chars from filename and replaced it by latin chars everything is fine. Now the ISO content is displayed correctly.
Does UltraISO not support cyrillic chars ?

No, this does NOT work.
By the way: My main language is english. Only occasionally I open ISOs with cyrillic chars. Do I really have to switch my regional settings when opening an ISO with UltraISO ?
I cannot imagine because other programs can handle cyrillic chars without problem.
You only have to support UniChars
