I have this problem when i try to burn an image to a dvd. I can burn to a cd fine but when i go to burn something on a DVD i get a message saying Device Could Not Be Opened lll
I am using the Sony DRU830-A DVD Burner.
Anyone have any answers to this problem

Another choice is choose 'Options'->'Configuration', switch to 'Integration' page, and click 'Detect' to set Nero as the default burning software, then try it out.

nope that didnt work either. when i do that this is what i get then ...
My whole computer freezes up too if i try to just burn from the version of nero i have too which is the 7. version

Sorry, not idea about this problem. It is recommanded to try the bundeled version burning software (mostly Nero 6) instead.
