I Put ACRONIS WORK FINE AND OTHER
Partition BootCD v1.0 by iulian
but Windows XP start normaly and stops
and giving me some error code...
How to SETUP WINDOWS XP.iso ...
PLEASE HELP INSTRUCTIONS TO SETUP WINDOWS XP thanx...
if you have time you can do for win 7.
Please i wanna have win xp and acronis and Partition BootCD v1.0

It looks to me you are launching setup of WinXP by simply run ISO-file of WinXP 
If this is the case, you are bound to fail 
You cannot launch setup of any NT5-system this way from CD/VDV-unit.
NT5-systems are typically; Win-2000, Server-2003 and WinXP - and these systems are 'hard-coded' 
Do it this way:
Simply copy the contents of the ISO-file (extract all files and folders) to folder disk1 in EasyBoot and use menu command: run W2KSECT.BIN
Note: Look in folder EZBOOT that you have file 'W2KSECT.BIN' - it should be there
When creating ISO in EasyBoot - only check 'Joliet' and nothing else

Solution to Windows-7
Copy folders; boot, efi, sources, support and finally folder upgrade to folder disk1 in Easyboot
Copy files; bootmgr, setup.exe - and if present - file bootmgr.efi to folder disk1 in EasyBoot
Note: rename setup.exe to setup_win7.exe
In EasyBoot menu you use menu command: run /bootmgr
When creating ISO in EasyBoot - only check 'Joliet' and nothing else
