How can i make Windows PE boot in another directory then the root, like \BAPE

Can i just do like on the Windows XP / 2K?

I don't think you need to copy any files. The reason for copying files for Windows XP, 2000, 2003 is that you need to be able to run the installation.  Windows PE has no installation.  It is an already configured subset of Windows (that's  not to say that you can't modify it).

As for the w2ksect.bin, you can use this with Server 2003 if you wish.
