1*) Install a third-party utility named AnyDVD (http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html)
2) Start UltraISO, press F5 or use menu "Tools"->"Make CD Image"
3) Put your disc to DVD drive, click 'Make' to get the ISO image
4) You can emulate the ISO image by SoftDisc and play directly, or burn it to a DVD-R disc
 
*: UltraISO works very slowly due to large amount of retries without AnyDVD

Use Dvddecrypter. Freeware og superb.
