I am trying to make ISO of a DVD. UltraISO completes making the ISO but the ISO does not work or the movie does not play. The DVD plays on the computer and in the DVD player. Any help is appreciated.

Your DVD may be copy-protected. Please download a copy of AnyDVD from http://www.slysoft.com , then try to make an ISO DVD image again.
