I have the latest version of Ultra ISO and am getting this error any help to resolve this error would be greatly appreciated

Please download a ASPI driver from http://dw.ezbsys.net/wnaspi32.exe , setup and try it out again.

Thanks xoben I have downloded the file and installed it but still the problen exists any additional help would be greatly appreciated

In addition, please make sure that you have the Administrator's Right for accessing low level device drivers.

xoben I am running windows xp pro I have administrator rights how do I check for the low level driver access. In addition the software was working but then just started giving me this error any other ideas?

When the error message comes out? 1) Start UltraISO or 2) When click 'Make CD/DVD image' menu
