when trying to burnn CD on windows 7 x64 system i get the UI (9.3.6) error "no available devices". pull down menu is grayed out

windows itself reads the CD drive ok and device manager claims drive functions ok

Please right click on desktop icon of UltraISO, choose 'Run as administrator' from popup menu, and try again.

well, I tried this on 2 computers (identical setup),
it worked on one but not on the other... :(

Same problem...it USED to work
but ruinning as admin no longer works.
win7 x64 ultimate. no ohter burnign software installed
