I have a burned DVD that when I attempt to create an ISO it pops up with a message that states "Multi-track information will be lost if using standard ISO format,  Use BIN/CUE format instead?"

I can click Yes or No.

I would assume if I click NO it will continue and make an ISO but lose the Multi-track info.    And if I click on Yes I can make a Bin/CUE format instead.

The problem is I use to have an ISO file of this disk and it became corrupt after a hard drive crash.   This DVD disk contains allot of personal files backed up over years.

When I click on NO so I can continue and make an ISO nothing happens.   Is this by design?   If so how in the world do I crate an ISO file like I had done before?
