Hi,

I have a file called bootcd.iso which when burnt to a USB key boots into a linux based application.

I have used ultraiso to open bootcd.iso and add a few files to it.  I then save it as new.iso.

When I then try and 'burn' this new.iso to a usb key and then boot up with it, it does not recognise the boot loader.

So my question is this. How can I re-save a modified version of bootcd.iso and still get the iso image to boot correctly. I think ultraiso does not recognise the boot sector correctly. It give a WARNING! USB disk created from image may not boot properly.

Thanks.

You may add files to USB key directly after bootcd.iso was written onto it.
