If the mount option is not showing on the right-click context menu for a .ISO file, how do we get it to appear there?

Please re-install UltraISO.

I've found the solution (this is on Windows 7), you also have to make sure that the default program associated with .iso extension is UltraISO.   Reinstalling only seems to solve the problem halfway.
