Hi,
Following Bootable >> Write Disk Image..., I get the following in the log, and indeed the USB stick will not boot. The boot sector is not recognized (from the BIOS). :

So I formatted the USB stick (properly; Quick Format unticked) to rid off possible garbage.
And tried again. Same problem.
I re-downloaded from VMware here : VMware-CPU-Compatibility-e.x.p-160658.zip
New attempt, problem persists.
I just contacted VMware support by email to ask whether the content of the zip is possibly corrupt, but I am still waiting for a response. It usually takes 4 hours upto a day for them to respond.
What do you think ?
Is the problem with the contents of the zip, or with UltraISO ?
I will check the name/type of the boot sector the BIOS flashed at me, and edit this post.
EDIT:
This is what I see when I try to boot from the USB stick. The message is repeated umpteen times, scrolling the screen up. :

if your usb stick... is finest whit burning and you see burning succesfull ... you have to change the booting methode and set usb as first booting device...
the stick can only boot if you bios has booting option for usb device , when not it can not boot ..
if the usb stick is not booting from startup ... and you have the option to boot from a usb device ...it propperly meens that your iso file is corupt / ore maybe has a missing file

is see in you pic boot sektor unknown !! so i think its a wrong ore corrupt file ..
.. as you can see in mine pic of writing a usb stick the iso file i use is a lot bigger ..

Of course I changed the boot method.
It's a HP dm1-3125ed thin & light. I have to press the [ESC]-key at boot to get the menu, and then from the menu the [F9-key] to get to the boot options.
Which are only harddisk or USB stick. There is no optical drive in it.
I already re-downloaded the ZIP image twice (3 times in total).
I did a Test archive with WinRAR and each time I get the message "No errors found during test operation".
I also cleared all browser caches with CCleaner before re-downloading. That's why I shot an email message to VMware Support to check on their end if the content of the ZIP archive was possibly already corrupted before archiving it into the ZIP.
I also tried with Tools >> Burn CD/DVD Image... F7
But then I get the following in the log.
I assume because it can't find a real optical drive.
(Which is a bit of a weird way to let the user know.)

The size of the ISO file is correct. It should be 130KB according to the webpage at VMware. And that's also the download size.
It's just a small utility program to profile the capabilities of the CPU to determine which features of VMware are supported in hardware by the CPU.

It's the same check which all VMware desktop products perform before allowing booting any Guest VM.
For instance, if you created a 64-bit guest VM, and then boot it up, but your CPU can not handle 64-bit Guest VM's (the required hardware support is missing : AMD's AMD-V, or Intel's VT-x).
Then VMware WS will refuse to boot into the 64-bit Guest VM.
With this utility you can determine which of all these hardware requirements for virtualization are met. Especially with a new CPU like the AMD E-350 (Brazos) in my notebook.

I can boot and install various flavours of Windows, and Linux from USB stick, and only install OS X from USB stick to get a Hackintosh.
But a pesky little 130KB utility is a problem. 
Sometimes bigger is better.

i have downloadted the same file and burn this to a usb stick succes full ..
after downloading i extract only the iso file ..
then i opent ultra iso en choose the tap bootable..hit in this menu 'write disk image "
then i selected the 4Gb usb stick ..choose the file to write..
and started writing..
after a few seconds the message appears burning succesfull

note ....i instalted the ultra iso whit a right klik on setup.exe and choose run as administrator ..maybe you did't
note : i restarted the computer and choose to boot from usb , wel the usb he started to boot !! but i unterrupted this whit the tap esc

I see the same error message and warning in the screenshot you posted :

And for me it doesn't boot. The BIOS throws the following at me (as per my edit in post #1). I guess that I just have bad luck. because I already tried 2 other USB sticks. :

And VMware supports response was that the download at their site was not already corrupted before ZIPing it up.
They even sent me a copy attached to the email to have a go with that. But it didn't work out for me. Same message when booting from any of the 3 USB sticks. VMware support will find out at their end which features the AMD E-350 supports, and then give me some feedback.
P.S. the utility only profiles your CPU to find out what virtualization features it can support in hardware, and then shows you a screen with the results. ;)
