@gallomk

Hola :) Please if possible – use English. I have translated to Spanish  - don’t know if it’s working in right gramatic way but anyway :cool:

Haz lo siguiente:

1. Copiar el contenido de la norma ISO (hiren iso) a ... \ EasyBoot \ disk1

2. Use el comando siguiente en EasyBoot:
bcdw /hbcd/isolinux.bin

Eso es todo

I’m sorry don’t get the full picture ???
Do you wish to have hiren and winxp (minixp) on same CD/DVD? If this is your question I can tell you that this is fully possible – no problems :D

Put everything from your “minixp” to easyboot\disk1 and use command: run bcdw /I386/SETUPLDR.BIN

Hi Dear.
Plz Help For Fix Autorun.inf
No't load Autorun.
open=Live\Programs\nu2menu\nu2menu.exe

Posted by balder on Nov. 22 2009,10:02
@AhrimanSefid

Well AhrimanSefid you are not telling what this is in any way. This is so frustrating :angry:
Please if asking for help in any forum (including EasyBoot) you must describe what you want in a more appropriate way :O

However – what I can figure out of this request, quote:

“Plz Help For Fix Autorun.inf
No't load Autorun.
open=Live\Programs\nu2menu\nu2menu.exe”
I guess wildly that this is some kind of WinPE and I’m pretty sure it is BartPE ???   Correct?

You don’t need Autorun.inf to start BartPE when computer restarts (boot sequence).
So what’s the use and what is Autorun.inf?

AutoRun and the companion feature AutoPlay are components of the Microsoft Windows operating system that dictate what actions the system takes. You definitely do not start windows and then run BartPE. You boot and launch BartPE so no need (or use) for autorun.inf as we (and you) use BartPE. You can “Autostart” CD when it’s put in CD-reader to launch BartPE internal menu “nu2menu.exe” – but what’s the point if I may ask ???
Bye the way, you can skip winbom.ini as well – it’s the same as for Autorun.inf - not needed!

However this is how Autorun.inf should look like for BartPE:
[autorun]
open=Programs\nu2menu\nu2menu.exe

The bottun of the BartPE doesn't work and it didn't show.And go start didn't work

C:\EasyBoot\disk1
                          keyw
                          Live
                          paragon
                          HBCD
                          UBCD
                          Recovery Manager
                          xpen
                          I386

@AhrimanSefid

Okay :cool:

Answer these questions (you should already described this in first post):

1. What message do you get then? Missing ntldr or what?
2. What is the folder name to BartPE

balder

Posted by AhrimanSefid on Nov. 23 2009,04:30
This is the name of the folder and it didn't work and didn't show any message.

C:\EasyBoot\disk1
                         keyw
                         Live        <---------------
                         paragon
                         HBCD
                         UBCD
                         Recovery Manager
                         xpen
                         I386

@AhrimanSefid

Excellent- now I know name to bartPE-folder :)

I assume we are dealing with CD and not USB? Please correct me if I’m wrong out here ???

As I assume you run from CD/DVD-unit the length of bartPE-folder is the right one (4-letters)

Question: What hex edit did you do to get folder name “Live”?
You must hex edit at least two files and of course change name to folder I386 to the responding name you hex edit. You did that last thing right (changing name to folder from I386 to Live) – but how about those two other files (W2ksect.bin and setupldr.bin)? Did you hex edit them to the responding new name to folder I386?

Final question: what source did you use when creating bartPE? I can already now tell you that if you used server-2003 you are in trouble :O  So what source did you use?

@AhrimanSefid

Quote: ” This is the name of the folder and it didn't work and didn't show any message” Well everything seems to works concerning start-up of bartPE – only problem is that you don’t get “menu-button” in bartPE! Correct?

Okay – we are finally coming somewhere. Note: if you please already from beginning told me something like: “I have bartPE up and run fine but that little menu-button in the lower left corner doesn’t show up” it certainly would help a lot – anyway :cool:

In your folder “plugin” open folder “nu2menu” in this folder you have a file “nu2menu.inf”. Structure of nu2menu.inf-file should look something like this:

; PE Builder v3 plug-in INF file for Nu2Menu
; Created by Bart Lagerweij
; < http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ >

[Version]
Signature= "$Windows NT$"

[PEBuilder]
Name="Nu2Menu"
Enable=1
Help="Nu2menu.htm"

[WinntDirectories]
a="Programs\Nu2Menu",2

[SourceDisksFiles]
; To have your own "go" button:
; create a file called "nu2go.bmp"
nu2go.bmp=a,,3
nu2menu.exe=a,,3
nu2menumsg.exe=2,,3
nu2menu.lic=a,,3
nu2menu.xml=a,,3
setres.exe=a,,3
reboot.cmd=2,,3
autorun.inf=30000,,3 ; dir id 30000 is the target "root"
;
main.cpl=2 ;system32
timedate.cpl=2 ;system32
access.cpl=2 ;system32

[SetupReg.AddReg]
; Install nu2menu.exe as shell
0x1, "Setup", "CmdLine", "\Programs\Nu2Menu\nu2menu.exe"

-----------------------------------
Check that [SourceDisksFiles] is the same in your nu2menu.inf-file and check also that commando lines in [SetupReg.AddReg] are the same as above.

Finally check that following files are present in folder nu2menu:
Edit.com
nu2go.bmp
nu2menu.exe
nu2menu.lic
nu2menu.xml
nu2menumsg.exe
reboot.cmd
setres.exe

Additionally you may have files like:
autorun.inf (not needed)
nu2menu.htm (not needed)
And perhaps backup files or whatever (not needed)
