Some parts of your request can easily be solved but some parts not :(

The bad news first;
There are some problems mixing Win7-AIO and Win7-'super-lite'.

I don't have a working solution at present time to solve this request.
However I do have a tutorial written by another member of the forum (forgot name)
Tutorial shows that it is possible to partly mix different sources of Win7 and Win8 together in same folders.

Download < HERE >

Attention! I am not giving any support to this tutorial
'Test and trial' yourself if you can use this tutorial and mix Win7 and Win7-lite together :O

The good news is that WinXP can pretty easily be solved :)

Note: you need my script-collection (download below)
Extract folder 'balder' to the root (C:\)
Read carefully 'READ_ME.html' inside folder 'balder'

When done with above, launch 'winbuilder.exe' and choose 'easyboot-AIO.script'
Note: you have a 'help-button' in script as well!

Use script to change folder name I386 to your winXP-sp3 source
You can obviosly only have one folder 'I386' on the root of Easyboot (folder disk1 is the 'root' in Easayboot if you wonder)
Anyway script creates a new setup-location to your files in folder disk1 and also automatically gives you the right menu command to use in Easyboot menu.

Then copy everything (except file setup.exe\install.exe) from your WinXP-lite source to folder disk1
Note: you can use the same 'ident-files' (win51 etcetera) to both WinXP-sources!

Use menu command in Easyboot menu:  run W2KSECT.BIN
Note: look in folder EZBOOT that you do have a file 'W2KSECT.BIN' inside there

Only check 'Joliet' when creating ISO in Easyboot.

Hiren's case:

Use my script 'easyboot-hiren_v14*.script' or use solution given in post nr;8 < HERE >

Attention! Above solution only works from CD\DVD-unit and not fully from USB
