Well, you start reading topics :D

Okay, I'm in 'the mood' to give a helping hand... :;):

This is what you do:

Let's start with Win8....

1. Copy (or extract from ISO-file) all files and folders from the source of Win8 to folder 'disk1'
Note: folder 'disk1' is the 'root' in EasyBoot - you can compare it with your harddisk unit C: that normally is the 'root'

2. Create menu entry (or edit existing menu entry) and use menu command:  run /bootmgr
Note: How to create menu entry is described from post nr; 4 < HERE >

--------------------------------------

The Hiren case (solution given by @xoben):

Step #1: Extract all files and folders from Hiren's ISO-file to folder "disk1" (I used UltraISO to extract files from ISO-file)

Step #2: Create menu entry (or edit existing menu entry) and use: run /HBCD/grldr as menu command to load Hiren's BootCD

Attention! Only tick 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot

Final note: This also works from USB stick as well

If you google 'winload.exe error code', you will notice this is a common problem :(
It could even be related to 'burn speed' to the DVD-unit :O

By the way; is that 'Win7_sp1.ISO' a kind of WinPE or what ???

Win7_sp1.ISO only All x86 Edition + Win 8 All x86.

No burn, Test In vm +Live CD

I'm still confused :p

Are you trying to setup (install) Win7 directly from ISO-file using menu command in EasyBoot:  run win7.iso   ???

You cannot launch setup Windows from ISO-file (including ISO of Win7), regardles it is WinXP or Vista or Win7 or Win8 - this must be done from the root of EasyBoot (in normal case folder 'disk1'.

You must extract folders and files from - in this case -Win7.ISO-file to the root of EasyBoot and set menu command: run /bootmgr

This works from both DVD as from USB stick :;):

However you can directly launch WinPE.ISO (WinPE built from Vista/Win7/Win8) using menu command: run winpe.iso
