I make a menu with many boot isos with EasyBOOT, all works correctly, but Kaspersky (kav_rescue_10.iso) doesn't load, I'm using this ISO:

Direct Link (http://rescuedisk.kaspersky-labs.com/rescuedisk/updatable/kav_rescue_10.iso)

On EasyBoot I'm using this command:

run isos/kav_rescue_10.iso

Same code works for iso of Windows 8 recovery:

run isos/win8repairdisc.iso

I need some specific configuration to load kaspersky rescue disc?

sorry for my bad english  :)

Welcome to EasyBoot @raFOnDs :)

You cannot use ISO directly in the same way as Windows 8 recovery (which by the way use 'ram-loading') :O

Instead we must practice 'frugal solution' to software like kaspersky (and to a lot of other software as well)

Test guidelines and solution given < HERE >

Note1: Kaspersky is 'sensitive' and seems to behave 'unfriendly' sometimes, but be patient and redo your build to make it work alright

Note2: I'm heavily occupied for several months with renovating my home residence
Above means I may participate only fragmentary in this forum for a long time ahead ???

Thanks for reply! I tried all the tutorials I found but none of them worked...

Also tried < this tutorial > that you make (I also need for the CD and not for USB), I did everything as you describe, it still does not work.

I noticed that the date you posted this tutorial was in August, and according to the site "Kaspersky Rescue Disc" was updated day Oct 07 2014, maybe
could this be the problem?

When I click on the menu to load the kaspersky rescue disc appears the following error:

The Joilet option are marked, and I use upper case 'KASPERSKY10.ISO' but yet don't work =(

I downloaded latest kaspersky ISO-file from link given by you and followed exactly this solution (earlier given by me)

1. Extract folder 'rescue' and file 'livecd' to folder disk1 (I used UltraIso to open and extract file/folder)

2. Delete folder 'rescue' and file 'livecd' inside ISO-file (still using Ultraiso)

3. Saved reduced kaspersky ISO-file to folder EZBOOT

4. Used menu command: memdisk kaspersky.iso
Attention! To use 'memdisk' you must be sure to use last updated 'memdisk'.
Update memdisk this way: Open folder EasyBoot\resource and copy file memdisk from EasyBoot\resource to folder EZBOOT overwriting existing file memdisk

5. Ticked 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot

6. Tested using Virtual PC and it worked fine :;):

Sorry for taking so long to respond, had to stop what I was doing to do other things ...

Now worked perfectly! thanks for your help!

The problem was with VMWare (version 10), I dont know why it does not work with him, so I was thinking it was my problem with ISO, so I decided to test with VirtualBox and voilat!!
