Just wanted to pass on my thanks for the "Use Image Text" feature. I've redesigned my entire DVD with some really slick 1024x768x65k color backgrounds along with this feature. The results are absolutely spectacular.

One question that I do have - is there any sort of "fallback" if a system cannot support the resolution or number of colors specified outside of Windows? In other words, can I somehow create my previous 640x480 256 color menus and have it fall back to that if there is a problem with the new graphics?

I have no idea if this will ever even be a problem. I assume most modem video cards should work just fine, right?

Sure. Just save the 640x480x256 color main menu as default.ezb, and check 'Enable deault menu (default.ezb)' at configuration dialogue on making the 1024x768x64K main menu.

If you want to take a look at the test we have done on Video Card, it is available here:

I agree with you that the "Use Image Text" feature is a real wonder!

Wow! EasyBoot just keeps getting better and better. I've been using it a while and I'm just thrilled with the amazing results I'm getting. Now that I know how what the "Enable Default Menu File" option does I'll go ahead and add that in. Fortunately I keep all my old menus so it will be easy to integrate them back in again as a failsafe.

Thanks for the continued improvements in what has already been one of my most used utilities!
