Remembering way back to Windows 95 is tough  :(
but if you have a Windows 95 boot floppy you can simply make an image of it. Also, you should be able to use a Windows 98 boot floppy if you have access to one, since it has the advantage of being able to load CD-ROM drivers.

Possible Ofcourse! You may use the W98 Bootable Files too! It all depends on the way your create batch process... (.BAT)

Anyways, You're taking about bootCD while I know how to Directly boot to W95/W98! (No #### need of DOS based interaction) The good thing about this is that your won't have to mess with the installation or DOS whenever there is a trouble! It takes Approx 192 MB RAM for W98 128 for W95! Steps? Well, let me know if you're actually interested for this one... as I'm confuced about your title "Boot CD for W95"
