how can i make a single floppy image (that is bootable from easyboot) out of 2 floppies?

use a seed image 2.88mb

i took the seed of the first image and created a floppy image thats like 5mb then added all of the files that were on the 2 floppies to the image and when i try to use it it tells me that theres an I/O error any help?
