I've searched this forum and checked out the help file, but can not find a definative guide on how to create Sub-Menu's.
I am making a Utilities CD and currently have 5 menus
1 Recovery & Network
2 Maintenance Tools
3 General Applications
4 Quit
5 Reboot
I need to now make Sub-Menu's that come off the first 3 items.  How do I do this?  ???

All you have to do is to make a new page and select SUB MENU radio button in MENU TYPE box on the first tab of EasyBoot.

Then you can call this sub menu using the run xxx.ezb command...

Thanks.  After looking at it a bit more I worked that out and created my submenu's.  Did'nt like the experience much as it's a lot more work then CDshell and it did'nt open some of my dos bootdisks ie acronis true image server 7, Easy Recovery Pro 6.  So I've gone back to CDshell.

'run cdmenu.ezb' will return back to the main menu.
