Does UltraISO have the ability to optimize the ISO image by encoding duplicate files only once?

I am looking for a good GUI ISO creation utility that has the same functionality as Microsoft's cdimage.exe utility using the "-o" switch. For those not aware of it, if two or more files are duplicates of each other, they will only be encoded once. All instances will point to the same file on the disc. This is quite handy when creating discs with multiple versions of a program in separate directories. Many of the installation files for different version will be duplicates of each other.

Yes, UltraISO does have the ability.
