Hello. I just downloaded UltraISO v7.2 trial and am having trouble trying to make a backup image of my new Korea:Forgotten Conflict cd. When I click on Make, it accesses the Sony CD-RW CRX160E drive and then just sits there at 0%. When I hit Ctrl Alt Del, it shows that UltraISO is Not Responding. I am running Windows 98SE with IE6 (w/SP1). I just tried a different CD (Quake 3) and it appears to have worked just fine. Any ideas what is wrong?

Your CD may have many bad sectors which are hard to read.PS: When you click 'Make' button, UltraISO will start your CD-RW drive and try to read block of sectors. If an error occur, it will try to read sectors one by one - very slow this way. |
