When trying to create a new .ISO image I get the following message on version 7.2.3.906:

Access Violation at address 0054D527 in module 'UltraISO.EXE'.  Write of address 00000000.

The image I'm trying to make is UDF and I set the media properties to 4.7 DVD even though the data is only about 350mb.

Let me know if you need any further info.

Thanks joec for the bug report.

We cannot repeat this problem on our XP system. Can you help us to do more testing and find out the problem file/folder?

Not sure what I can do to help you.  All I did was drag & drop the files & directories onto UltraISO.  Media selection doesn't appear to be a problem because it does it with 650MB or 4.7BG.

Other data sets don't seem to cause the problem, just this particular data set, consistently.  If you want I can zip up the data set, but it's about 350mb unzipped.  Tell me where to upload it to via p/m on this board.

You really should consider adding a "logging" feature for debugging.  I've been writing software myself for about 20 years now and there's little substitute for remote debugging help like a good active debug logger that can be enabled/disabled via a set of trace flags.  If you had this then I could just send you the log and you should be able to get most/all info you need to figure out what is going on.

Also, if your compiling with MS's compilers you can generate a .PDB file for your retail version too.  There's a small utility from an MSDN article a few years back w/source for a utility that can take you modules and .PDB debug info and locate where traps are just by entering the address.  If you'd like this I think I can forward it to you.  I've used it on a few projects and it's been a life saver...;)...
