When open or extract the ISO with UltraISO, only short names of files and directories are displayed or extracted. The extracted short names cannot be used by Vista to install XP drivers, for example.

However, if the ISO is mounted on Daemon Tools. Long names are displayed and can be copied correctly. And Vista has no problem using the long-named files.
