In Configuration->Virtual Drive tab, I cannot change driver letter. It does nothing when I click on 'Change' button.

For Windows Vista, please right click on icon of UltraISO on desktop, choose 'Run as Administrator' from popup menu and try again. Restart windows may be helpful for some situations.
