Topic: Problem with burning ISO image

I have been trying to use Ultra ISO to burn ISO image into DVD disc... however I keep getting the error message like in the picture I have attached.

I have had no such problem with the trial version I was using, but after upgrading to the full version I can't burn any images into DVD anymore.

Can anyone tell me what is happening?

This is a hardware error reported by your DVD writer. It is recommanded to upgrade the firmware of your DVD writer to latest version (V1.61, for example) and try again.

PS: Herewith we confirm that the burning engine of trial version and full version are all the same.

Hi Thanks for the advice.. I found out that the problem is burning the image directly from my usb drive to the dvd-r, the usb drive seem to disconnect for a short while every now and then disrupting the burn process

Once I relocate the image to my hard drive, things start to work.
