Although I just registered for the forum, I have been using ultraiso for a long time and I have a new problem. When I try to save a DVD to my hard drive, a prompt comes up telling me that there is not enough free space on the hard drive. However, my hard drive has around 25 GB free and the DVD shouldn't have more than 9.4 GB on it. This has never been an issue before, but it is happening with multiple DVDs now. Why is this happening? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Please understand that FAT32 system may not hold DVD images above 4GB.

I don't think you understand my problem.

Recently, ultraiso has begun to recognize DVDs as having 50-60 GB of info on them instead of the 6-9 GB that they actually are storing on the disk. Thus, I cannot save an iso file of the DVD. This is a NEW problem, because I have been saving DVD iso files for quite some time using the same computer and software. My hard drive is NTFS anyway. Why would the software suddenly start thinking that the DVDs have more info than is actually stored on them (thus making it impossible for me to save to my hard drive)?

It seems that your DVD is copy-protected, please try 'Tools'->'Make CD/DVD image' instead of 'Save'.
