Hi!
I am trying to make a bootable 8 GB USB pendrive with OSX on it. I have the dmg file, but everytime I am starting the write, it says:
preparing data....
disk/image capacity overflow.
What does this exactly mean?? The size of my dmg file is 7.5GB so it should fit on it. Any suggestions??

I have converted a bootable DMG file to ISO using the Convert function in UltraISO 9.3.6 and tried to write the ISO file with UltraISO to my 8GB / 16GB USB thumbdrive, it produces the following message:
Preparing data...
Disk/Image capacity overflow!

What does this message mean ? The ISO file size is 6.45GB and it should write to the 8GB / 16GB USB thumbdrive.

I have tried this in Windows XP and Windows 7, I am still getting the same message. Any suggestions ?
