Topic: no available devices error windows 7 x32

when trying to burn a DVD on windows 7 x32 system I get the UI (9.3.6.2750) error "no available devices". Pull down menu is grayed out. Any help would be appricated. 
Just tryed ImgBurn(a freebe I used before) and it worked perfect so the problem is in Ultraiso. Any Help?

Please right click on desktop icon of UltraISO, choose 'Run as administrator' from popup menu and try again.
