hello everyone 
I'm having 'No additional sense information' error, recorder is a LG GH22NS50.
This is a clean Windows 2003 system, no other errors/issues, etc.
What could be the problem?

This is a hardware related problem. It is recommanded to try a third-party burning software such as Nero.
