I need to mount an iso image (not burn). However, all Virtual Drive options except for detect (which cannot find a virtual drive) are grayed out in the Configuration gui--even if I start the app as administrator. Any ideas?

Possible problem: missed windows device driver of ISODrive.

Suggestion: Re-install UltraISO, and check "Setup ISO CD/DVD emulator (ISODrive)" option on setup procedure.
