I would very much like to make images (ISO) of my HPUX cd's. How can I do this? I tried ultra ISO and it cannot recognize the file system. Nero can make an image but it is a NRG image and I wanted ISO. Ultra ISO cannot read this NRG image created by Nero. I have found a work around but it is clunky. I can use Cdcreator 4.01 to "copy" the cd - making a disk image file first, renaming the file before closing Cdcreator (or it is deleted) and changing the extension from .tmp to .iso. This works fine but I would really like to know how to do this from Ultra ISO.

Sorry, UltraISO does not support making HPUX bootable CD until now. You can try a utility named mkisofs, which may helpful to you.
