Topic: Request: Don't add customer email to spam file

I ordered UltraISO and EasyBoot as a bundle. When I emailed support@ezbsystems.com, I received an email from Xoben with the registration code for UltraISO, but no mention of EasyBoot.

I replied to this message, only to discover that my name had been added to their spam filter as a name to reject.

It would be nice to feel like a customer and not an infection.

Thanks,
Eric

Hello pumpkinheadgiant,

We never add e-mail addresses or names to "spam filter". As "SpamAssassin" and "Antivirus"  are enabled for support@ezbsystems.com to avoid large amount of SPAM e-mails, your e-mail may be bounced back by mistake.

Please contact us at reg@ezbsystems.com, or PM me, or post in this forum for a question.  We will be happy to help you.

Regards
Xoben

I sent an email to that address (support@ezbsystems.com) there about the product, received a reply, and then could never email again. I somehow got added to your software as spam within that time frame.

My question was regarding the fact that I purchased a bundle of UltraISO and EasyBoot, but had only received the registration code via email to UltraISO. That was the message the I replied to that got bounced back at me as spam.

Can I please have the registration for EasyBoot sent to the email address from my original order? The email I received had the subject line: "Delivery information for EasyBoot (share-it! Order no. xxxxxxxx)" That was the same order # I used in my original email.

Thanks,
Eric
