Hi!

Has found out strange bug.

If the attempt of creation iso from a disk is made, on which earlier information is written down by the previous version UltraIso, right at the end of creation of an image there is a mistake of reading from a disk and the image is saved spoiled!

From the same disk the image is saved without any mistakes by the version of the program 8.0.0.1392!

At the same time absolutely any disks created NOT in UltraIso of the previous versions are saved in an image WITHOUT a uniform mistake and in UltraIso of the version 8.1.2.1625!

Why such occurs?

P.S. I bring apologies for my disgusting English language, I hope that the essence of a question is clear.

Yep, the bug is really strange. Unfortunately, I cannot neither confirm nor disprove that.

Cheers.

P.S. Don't worry about your English, it's rather well than not.

Sorry, a step by step instruction for how to reproduce this problem will be appreciated.

I have just tried it out. All I can say is that I wasn't able to reiterate these steps in that way. So my conclusion is: it may be a problem with your specific configuration.

Cheers.

I too at first thought, what is it problem only of one computer, however I already have tried on 4 computers with different configurations, with different CD-DVD-ROM and with different OS (Windows XP and Windows 2000 Server).
On all the same problem. The factory disks made by a matrix are read out in iso perfectly, and disks CD-DVD + /-R/RW, written down by the previous versions UltaIso - only with a mistake in the end.
On the previous version UltraIso absolutely all disks are read out without mistakes.

You've been asked to reproduce the situation step-by-step. But what's that?

Perfectly!

Step by step:

1) We start the new version.
2) We insert in CD-DVD-ROM a disk with the data.
3) We choose an option " Tools - Make CD-DVD Image ".
4) We choose " Output Format - Standard ISO ".
5) We press the button "Make".
6) If the disk with the data was created by the previous versions UltraIso, right at the end of creation of an image of a disk there is a mistake, which I have presented in screenshort. If the disk with the data was created by any other program or is made by a factory way from a matrix, any mistakes does not occur also image creates successfully.
7) If ANY disk with the data is copied in ISO by the previous version UltraISO, ANY mistakes does not arise.

What here can be not clearly?!

Many my friends have confirmed this mistake. At them completely different computers and completely different OS.

Dear developers of the program, earnest entreaty to pay attention to the decision of this problem. Otherwise you risk to spoil reputation to yourselves and probably by best of the similar programs.

Hmm, I've just tried it over again, but that problem doesn't arise for me. I assume you should write 'error' instead of 'mistake' if you mean the program error.

Cheers.
