This is a normal case, because volume modification date/time will be changed on save/save as operation, and the MD5 signature will be chanaged as well.

PS: It is recommanded to use 'File'->'Create file cheksums'/'Verify file checksums' to verify contents of an ISO image, not the ISO file itself.

Oh! I see.

Wonder if there is any option to disable date/time and ISO editor's signature that will be written into the ISO file during file saving. I could not find such an option in options/configuration.

My purpose is to ensure the ISO file generated by UltraISO is identical to that generated by MagicISO, when extracting ISO image from CD/DVD. These backup disks was generated 2 years ago, having high noise due to poor media quality , but may still be readable by some DVD drives.

Is it possible at all?  Any advice.

Thanks in advance.

For making ISO image from CD/DVD, please choose 'Tools'->'Make CD/DVD image' or press F8, UltraISO will create exact copy of the original CD/DVD.
