I've tried changing virtual drive letter in UltraISO (options > configuration > Virtual Drive > Change Drive Letter) from current drive letter F: to V:.  Setting new drive letter and clicking 'change' button has no effect.  I also tried to do this via the command line per the sticky in this forum.  That also had no effect (system was rebooted after trying to apply change as directed).  I'm running in an administrative account.

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't look far enough back in time.  I found the answer in an earlier post:

3) For changing number of ISODrive, please right click on desktop icon of UltraISO, choose 'Run as Administrator'

After doing this I was able to change the drive letter via the UltraISO main program as I had attempted above and clicking the 'change' button.  No reboot necessary.
