Hello,

as the title says writing disk image of Win7-64bit under Win7-64bit takes forever.
Proceesing like in the topic about creating a WinXP USB bootable step#2 but using the original MSDN WIN7-64bit image as source with mode USB-HDD+.

Writing the Win7-64bit under WinXP works like a charm; but Win7-64bit seems to stall or at least the progress is so slow that it is not even USB1 speed I guess.

Please try 'Xpress Boot'->'Xpress Write' instead on your OS.

Hello,

does not work at all because write errors (e.g. files empty) are produced doing so, leaving the result unusable.
(side note: the progress bar moves on faster)

Looking forward to a fix

It is recommanded to format your USB flash drive first before 'Xpress boot'->'Xpress Write'.

After formatting there is no error during writing but the progress bar is not updated accurately. But after writing is done Windows says that one file is damaged and UltraIso quits. There is no question, as I pointed out, the use under WinXP is very nice, I guess we would like to see this same functionality under Win7 64bit. Right now I would use another method to flash a Windows Image onto my USB drive. Hope there will be a bugfix in a future version.

Thanks
