I purchased this software (UltraISO v 9.2) on May 29. I have entered the registration code, but it still won't let me into the program. I have emailed support and have received no answer. I have emailed asking for my money back, and still no answer.

Finally, I have opened a dispute through PayPal. I will wait to see if anybody responds to that.

Thank you

So is it common practice to have your spam settings such that registered users cannot get through to you? How are we supposed to contact you in those cases?

Actually, there are 2-3 similar cases per a single year.

In general, sending a help message to support@ or service@ will resolve this problem. You can also PM or post a messag on our support forum here.

I am still frustrated here...

1. The email I sent was:
a) sent to support@ ... &
b) a reply to the message you sent me.

So, the spam filter should NOT have trapped it.

2. I have discovered that when I copy and paste the download link into the browser, it downloads the wrong file. I am attaching a screenshot that indicates this.

The image was removed because it has private information for registered customers. (Edited by Xoben)

3. When I click on the link, it downloads the correct file, but then I get the following message when I try to install it:
"The setup files are corrupted. Please download a new copy of the file"

Grrrr....

Fifth time's a charm, I guess.

It's working now!
