I've seen all kinds of posts about people paying with PayPal and not getting their reg. code. I'm in the boat too. I ordered about 2.5 hours ago and don't have it yet. Is this normal that everyone has to get their code through PM? I'm guessing not. 
Can somebody assist? Thanks!

Q. How long can I receive my registration code? Answer: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a second email with your registration code.
If you do not receive your code please contact us at reg@ezbsystems.com, we will be happy to help you.

First let me say thanks. I appreciate you getting back to me. I eventually did get my registration code last night at 9:13pm. However, let me say this...Don't you think you guys should do something about that? That can be a real detriment to the whole experience of buying software. Usually when I find that I need a piece of software, I need it right then. I had to put a project on hold for the entire day yesterday because I couldn't get my registration code. Honestly, that just makes for frustrated customers right out of the gate. Don't take it mean, I'm just trying to give some honest feedback of what would make for a smoother customer experience. With the plethora of free software out today, if a user has to buy downloadable software then it oughtta be available immediately.

Thank you wpbc for your feedback. We will try to improve this issue with PayPal service.
