Hi, There's alot of posts trying to get serial numbers for products from EZB with no responses as far as I can see.EZB promises to send a serial / registration code by email after purchase. This never happens!
We've paid good money to buy a product and the follow up service sucks.
This is NOT acceptable - What can we do people ??
