@bugme

As I pointed out - make sure you do not have spaces in name to ISO-file or to folder where you keep your ISO-file

You cannot use folder desktop as repository for ISO-file.
Folder Desktop is a subfolder to “Documents and Settings” and in my opinion there is two spaces in folder name “Documents and Settings”  – don’t you agree ???  – so in this case it won’t work properly :O
I do hope you have extracted folder "WinBuilder_complete" to the root - that will say [C:] ???

I also noticed that you use file name “vista.iso”
Is this an MsDart.ISO (no folder i386 inside ISO and based on NT6, and not on NT5)?
If this is the case, you do not need to check “Run ISO from RAM”.
