Dear Friends,
I made an all in one Bootable consisting of Winternals ERD 2005 full, Hiren's BootCD, Windows 2000 Pro SP4, Windows XP Service Pack 2 (in XPS2 folder). Everything works fine till the end except the Windows XP Setup which after copying all the files and rebooting the system to the Installation, was asking me to insert Windows CD to copy some files. So as per the solution given Here, I copied WIN51, WIN51IP etc. files from the root of the original Windows XP Disc,,, to the XPS2 folder in which the I386 resides. After doing this, it no longer asks me to insert the disc but gives another weird error 800b0100. I tried everything from rebuilding the whole XPS2 folder again from the scratch, but didn't work. The original Windows XP CD which I dumped into the XPS2 folder works just fine. I have included the screenshots to view. Any help will be greatly greatly appreciated. Thanx...

As far as I know, this code points to some kind of ”update-problem” ???
By the way – welcome to this forum @SlasherPay  :)

Anyway… you declare that it works when using original folder I386 in build.
You should ask yourself: What is the difference to the other folder I386 that do not work properly :O

Is there some “update-files” integrated to that folder ???

Hmmm… no good answer, but that’s all I can generate for the moment :(

Dear Balder,
Thank you for your post. If I install using the CD from which I copied the i386, then it works fine, however the same does not work when testing the ISO made using EasyBoot, in VMWare. I did not make any changes except for those required to integrate it into the Multi OS Disc like the Hex edit and all.  :(

Okay, sorry for the misunderstanding :;):

Anyway, I suppose you created ISO in EasyBoot as usual – test these scenarios:

1. If you checked “Optimize” then uncheck and see if it works all right.
2. Use UltraIso to create ISO (use “loader.bin” in folder ezboot as boot-loader).
3. Exclude Hiren completely – only integrate the rest – and look what happens – use EasyBoot to create ISO.
4. Use my scrip “easyboot-aio.script to integrate all NT5-systems (ERD 2005 full, Windows 2000 Pro SP4, Windows XP Service Pack 2 and now include Hiren)

What happens – any progress etcetera
I know, this takes time and efforts – but it’s the only accessible way I can found out :O
Its hard work and you have to show forbearance

Bye the way, what do you mean with “Winternals ERD 2005 full” ???
Size to “standard” ERD5 should be something like 150 MB or similar – but this looks to be something different

Regards balder

Hmmm all right, I will now try the steps suggested by you and see if it works or I will delete and rebuild the XP Installation all over again   . From Full Winternals, I mean not the stripped down version as many suggest.  Right now, I'm downloading your scripts.. :) Many thanks, will post next update as soon as something comes up the way we want and will write the solution.. lol
Many thanx :) :)

Hello my dear friend Balder,
After trying everything that we could, I simply deleted the whole folder. Recopied the files from the original CD. Hex Edited everything and tested it in VM. Its all working and great.. :) :) Here's the screenshot to my file structure for this installation. May help others as well...  :;):
Note: I included the WIN51, WIN51IP etc from the root of original CD to "Disk1" folder of EasyBoot and my "XPSA" folder as well accompanying i386.
