Yes it would be a great idea to do – IF it was possible! You request are reasonable – but there are limits to length of letters in “signature” – and I’m already facing that limit! However I could of course put in a log in download – but as users tend to NOT read even the basic “READ_ME.html” in download, it seems to be waste of time and efforts
Note: basically there aren’t that much changes in script over the time – at least not that much that it should create problems to “old users” when using latest updates Most of changes in script are simply “better looking” etcetera

2- run ghost file so I can run Win98 ghost file and/or partitiong hardisk.
3- run win98 setup so I can install fresh win98SE on old systems.

First of all… Be aware that only testing in VMware can be a little hazardous
VMware is great but not 100% bullet proof.
Anyway…
Quote: ”run ghost file so I can run Win98 ghost file and/or partitiong hardisk” I’m unsure what you exactly having problems with here You create a DOS-floppy image and let autoexec.bat launch ghost exe. In EasyBoot menu you use menu command: run ****.img (or what ever the name is to your ghost-floppy image)
Quote: ”run win98 setup so I can install fresh win98SE on old systems” Same here, you use a DOS floppy image and set path in autoexec.bat to win98-setup files (files can be put anywhere in some folder – only change path in autoexec.bat) Quote: ”run win98 setup ..... upto CD drive OK then no read from CD ROM” Do you launch driver-support for CD\DVD-unit in floppy image (floppy image that launch setup of win98)? If not – the setup system in win98 is unable to “see” CD\DVD-unit!
Quote: ”run DOS 7 (Win98SE Dos files)” Same as above – you launch DOS floppy image using “run ***.img” in EasyBoot menu
Quote: ”Run DOS 6.22” Exactly the same as above!

Well it is possible to use the root (or a subfolder) as well
In “normal” case you simply put files (typically setup98.img) in folder ezboot (the “BOOT”-folder) and use menu command: run setup98.img OR use: memdisk setup98.img If you put “SETUP98.IMG” on the root - which for EasyBoot is folder disk1 – you can Change Directory with following command: cd /;run setup98.img
You can create a subfolder anywhere Let’s say you create a subfolder in folder ezboot and name folder images. You then put setup98.img in folder images and use menu command: run /ezboot/images/setup98.img
Or create a subfolder with the name images on the root. You the use menu command: run /images/setup98.img
He, he there are hided “secrets” here and there in EasyBoot
