There are several different methods to solve this

Let’s start with the manually method :;):

If your WinPE-build use a folder i386 (built from WinXP source I guess) then you can try this manually method:

1. Extract (or copy) folder i386 and possible “program-folder” and “ident-files (win51 etcetera) to folder disk1 in EasyBoot.
2. Rename this WinPE-folder i386 to MYPE (note: use caps to letters = BIG LETTERS)
3. Use menu command in Easyboot menu:  bcdw /MYPE/setupldr.bin
Note: this only works when WinPE is built using WinXP (any service-pack works) but it does not work if WinPE is built using server-2003 as source.

The automatic ways
Use my script “EasyBoot-LIVE.script” to integrate WinPE
Note: this script is only for WinPE based on NT5-systems (WinXP etcetera) and not for NT6-systems (NT6 is Vista\Win-7 or server-2008 which is a big difference comparing to WinXP).

OR

Use easyboot-AIO.script to WinXP-setup folder i386
Script can integrate a whole bunch of different WinXP-setup folders or server-2003 setup-folders (all these systems is based on the NT5-system family, and they all uses folder name i386 to setup-folder)
As setup-folder i386 has it name changed by script you now have space left for the WinPE-folder i386 on the root.

OR the smartest solution :;):

Use my script “easyboot-iso.script” to integrate ISO-file from WinPE.
You don’t need to extract anything – use ISO-file as it is (Note: check “Run ISO from RAM” in script)
In this way you have space left on the “root” for your setup-folder i386 that belongs to WinXP.
