Note: For the DVD-approach there are limits - universal installer for xp vista AND windows 7 from DVD are not solved. At present time you have to choose one of the NT6-system (Vista OR Win7) to be on the root (this is for DVD-approach)
However, universal installer for xp vista and windows 7 run from USB is reported to be possible – though it’s a hell lot of test and trial. How to solve setup of Vista AND Win7 is explained HERE
Take attention to that EasyBoot does not have all the tools needed to such project you are asking for. We therefore use tools from “out of the box”

Note: You can on the other hand easily launch PE-ISO-files such as MsDart60 or ERD or Vista\Win7-recovery-ISO-files without any problems. Can you not use these PE-systems to restore your computer-systems
