Your build is working correctly
Note: if integrating Hiren and you run MiniXP in Hiren, you are recommended to use 512 MB RAM as MiniXP is loaded and run totally from RAM
Basically this issue you have in this case is a 'hardware problem' most likely related to your motherboard - that is why I recommend different test methods and not to forget - burn to CD-RW to do the 'real test'
From my point of view, you have a working solution - continue and integrating more stuff to you build @pawelek

I don't understand what you mean with 'new version'
Anyway... A good start point could be to reinstall EasyBoot (which refresh all files in folder Easyboot)
Then start with integrating WinXP using my tutorial in post nr; 6
Note: you cannot be sure build is working correctly when testing in 'virtual environment' - sometimes you need to test in 'reality' (burn to CD-RW)
