Well I have problems testing these kind of large builds as I do not have hardware to test such large DVD;s 
However I tested creating a 6.3 GB large ISO with setup of Win7 and other files to make ISO pretty large.
It worked when testing from 'mobalivecd' - download HERE
Note: you don't need to create 'Hard Disk Image' when MobaLive asks (press No) 
I could then test if setup of Win7 is launched, and it did launch setup correctly (in EasyBoot menu: run /bootmgr) 
And further more... ISO created by EasyBoot (6.3 GB) is not set to UDF in this case - EasyBoot didn't ask anything - it created ISO without hesitating a second 
For your information: I run EasyBoot version: 6.5.3.729 and UltraIso_v9.3.5.2716
