I followed each and every step provided by you but still the problem persists.

You've mentioned to use your script, I guess you were talking about "Winbuilder" interface for those scripts to run. Am I right?

The problem has been resolved, actually my system's antivirus was the culprit. I used virtual machine to do all the required steps neat and clean.

It works like a charm. Thank you again @balder........

I have tested that USB on few systems, it shows error sometime

MBR helper missing.

Otherwise it was perfect.

This indicates you might have some error in your boot record ???

To 'clear out' this, you are doomed to completely wipe out all partitions and start all over again :(
I guess you got this error because of all 'try outs' you was forced to do - a result of not shut off antivirus program during process, which is recommended - he, he always this problems with antivirus programs :D
