Have you tested by @AltairAC given solution in post nr; 5 HERE ???

Or test this:

1. Download my 'grub-kicker-image' from HERE

2. Copy 'ubuntu11.img' image to folder EZBOOT

3. Copy UBUNTU.ISO to folder disk1

4. Rename UBUNTU.ISO to exactly  UBUNTU11.ISO  (use uppercase to letters exactly as showed)

5. Use menu command:  run ubuntu11.img

6. Tick only 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot

Note: In case it doesn't work okay, I would be happy if you can give me some download of this ubuntu11 to test out solutions to

EDIT:
Found 'desktop-version' of ubuntu11(04) HERE

Tested from Virtual PC and also from USB stick :)

Note: I do not think there are that much differences between version 11.04 and version you use (hopefully not) ???

EDIT-2:
Found 'desktop-version' of ubuntu-12.10-desktop-i386.iso
Tested from Virtual PC and also from USB stick
Working okay :)
Note: Used tutorial above and changed name to ISO as told...

@balder;
What should I do if want my ISO file's name be UBUNTU12.ISO?

Edir: Nevermind. Found it :D! Just needed to change text in "MENU.LST" , right?

I found and downloaded 'desktop-version' of UBUNTU_13_4.ISO for a couple of minutes ago
I followed tutorial in post nr; 2 above and it worked okay :;):

Note: in case you are interested to change name to UBUNTU13.ISO you do as follow:

1. Open downloaded 'grub-kicker-image' 'ubuntu11.img' (I use UltraIso to this) and extract text-file 'menu.lst'

2. Edit extracted text-file 'menu.lst' (use Notepad) and simply change name in all text from UBUNTU11.ISO to UBUNTU13.ISO

3. Save changes to text-file 'menu.lst' and insert 'menu.lst' back to 'ubuntu11.img' (overwriting existing 'menu.lst'

4. Save 'ubuntu11.img' (Save as) ubuntu13.img to folder EZBOOT

5. Rename ISO-file to exactly the same name as used in 'menu.lst' (UBUNTU13.ISO) and copy ISO to the root in EasyBoot (folder 'disk1' is the root in EasyBoot if you wonder)

6. Use menu command:  run ubuntu13.img

7. Tick only 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot

Note: tutorial in post nr; 2 works from both DVD-unit as from USB drive :)

regards balder

I can guarantee you it works if you follow tutorial in post nr;2
Note: you must of course in that case, rename ISO to exactly UBUNTU11.ISO and nothing else
And tick 'Joliet' when creating ISO in EasyBoot

@blackone

Welcome to EasyBoot @blackone :)

This indicates you have done something wrong here ???
Make sure you exactly following instructions in post nr;2
Its vital name to ISO-file is exactly UBUNTU11.ISO :O
You cannot use a name like ubuntu11.iso as that is lowercase to letters - must be exactly UBUNTU11.ISO
And copy ISO-file to folder disk1

Note: I cannot do any testing for the moment (no access to my ‘original’ computer) :(
Perhaps I can test tomorrow from some USB stick or whatever

However I find it hard to believe that it shouldn’t work okay if you to 100% follow tutorial

EDIT!

I downloaded ‘PC (Intel x86) desktop image’ from HERE

I followed instructions in post nr;2

It worked excellent when run from USB stick\thumb drive and tested from a ‘real boot’
You are recommended to test from a ‘real boot’ and not from some ‘virtual environment’ (ubuntu need some ‘space’ to work correctly
