Hmmm... I don't fully understand what you mean by this ???

You must first create ISO file (very important), followed by push to button 'Burn' and finally choose 'Write USB Disk' (use 'standard settings' when writing to USB drive).

Further more, what method did you use to integrate WinXP setup files ???
Did you use this method described in post nr;15 section B HERE

And what method did you use to integrate Hiren ???

Yes I remember something like that in some earlier case ???
Its hard to tell what to do with this problem ???
All I can do is to redirect you to this example - read HERE

However I'm unsure if this solves your problem :O

You can make EasyBoot run anyway by using my tutorial in post nr;15
(you already got the link in post nr;2) but here's the link again - HERE

This is a work around to solve your problem - not perfect but works okay :)

Yes I already understand this :;):
However it seems we cannot solve this problem with some 'quick fix', so why not test tutorial in given link as a work around for the moment ???

Another way is to completely uninstall EasyBoot and also UltraISO and reinstall both programs (get a completely fresh start) :p
Don't forget to save some of your menu's and background in folder EZBOOT - in case you done some 'special designed menu's'.
You can later copy these into folder EZBOOT and chose to open your 'special' menu again and continue...
